Calgary springs tend to have unpredictable and sometimes volatile weather. It’s typically cold and blustery, with moments of heat and brilliant sunshine. One of the signals to me that spring has arrived is when the geese and their goslings take over our rivers and shorelines in full force. To me, this is a sign of renewal and re-birth after a cold, snowy and dark winter.
